Yes! Salt and pepper to taste like normal. We also at different times add garlic, ginger and tomato, along with the banana. It has to be really yummy ripe. Mash it with a fork on a cutting board and mix it into your eggs in a bowl while your skillet gets hot. Then add a touch of butter to the pan and scramble them up. I have tons of ideas if you are interested. We eat a variety of foods and almost nothing is the same twice. Cumin, curry, coriander, garlic, ginger, onion and more are Staples we use almost every day in our foods. On the rare occasion I don't cook with these my husband is surprised by the "plain" tastes. Lol...
My friends are Dominican and they do it all the time. It’s actually not bad at all. I’ve tried it. But I can get myself to put a banana on my own plate lol I just tried it from theirs lol
