No clue what's going on my with body. My bras that have always fit fine the last 3 days they are so uncomfortable to put on. They feel so tite and my breast are spilling over the tops of the cups. The breast are also sore and swollen but they have never been this,swollen that they spil out of the cups.

Period coming? Maybe you’ve had a hormone change recently and it’s cause water retention? I’m not too sure there could be a few reasons but go see your gp if it really bothers you 😊
