How would you know if things are moving fast in a relationship? 🤷🏾♀️. So far he made me meet half his family and we’ve been talking for only 3 weeks now .
Does time frames even matter in relationships anymore or just feelings ?
Advice ladies ?
If he thinks you're good enough to meet his family it's a good sign also shows he cares about his family, which is also good. If it's all happening too fast you should definitely communicate.
My husband introduced me to his family after a couple days, told me he loved me after a week and moved in after 3 weeks. We’ve been together for 4 years. I am a strong believer in when you know you just know.
@mamabear22, it is! Meeting the family is a huge step for a guy too. My husband was the “playboy” too and when we first got together I had no expectations of us staying together but he’s still so full of surprises! 😊
@nyoung1006, that gives me a lot of hope lol because the guy I’m talking to he used to be the same way but now he wants stability and consistency and to grow with someone .
@mamabear22, it’s definitely possible. My husband tells me that everyone before me always wanted to tame him, tie him down and change him and I never wanted to do any of that or try to fix him. I have always just wanted to be by his side as he chose to make changes himself and grow with him. I fell in love with his crazy ass and who he was and continue to fall in love with the man he’s growing into.
I think timeframes really only matter when it comes to introducing him to your child, in my opinion. Otherwise, go with what feels right. Sometimes you just know when someone is a good fit.
I think it depends on how you feel. If you feel comfortable at the pace you’re going, I say enjoy it. If you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable, then you should consider slowing things down.
I don't really think time matters anymore... My boyfriend took me back to his home town a couple hours away within the first month of dating to meet family and friends and I was the first girl he ever took home in a very very long time
