Is it just cramps or are they coming and going? Could just be your little one growing, stretching,and pushing on your nerves. I would THINK you would be okay as long as they didn't hurt then go away and come back like contractions

In my stomach it's coming and going and in my back it's kinda staying.....I really have no clue on what a contraction feels like so I cant say if that's what it is

my best advice would be to time your stomach cramps as if they were contractions and see how far apart they are.

and if your super worried call your OB office they should be able to tell you if it's something you should go in for.

If it’s like a constant cramp versus something you can tell there is a start or stop, it’s normal and just growing/stretching. I’ve had the same kind of feeling and wasn’t sure cause I’ve never experienced contractions or BH, so I asked my OB my last appt.
