Is it normal to be sore nearly 24 hours after a visit to the obgyn? Went to a new doctor for the first time. He re-did the pelvic exam and pressed all over my uterus. I was super sore yesterday, I'm talking barely wanted to move after I got home. I've got this pain in my left side of my uterus where he pressed hard, I assume to find the edge of it? But it still hurts today 21 hours later, it's not as bad but I still have to get up slowly and standing up straight hurt. No cramps or bleeding at all, just the left side of my uterus feels like someone beat it up. Anyone else leave the ob like this? My pubic bone where he pressed to do the measurement of my uterus with the tape also feels bruised.

Edit: I slept for about eight and a half hours with a pillow under the side that hurt to help keep pressure off of it, not that I'm up it seems to hurt more as I move around but it's not as bad as it was about 2hours after the pressing.
