I was with all of my pregnancies. It was so bad I was afraid to even try and go to the bathroom. It was the first sign of pregnancy for me

@dessrg88 drink water and buy stool softeners that's all you can do and also eat fiber.

aww okay. I’m thinking of going to the ER. and see if they can give me something. Did you have cramping for how bad constipated you are.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was constipated for two straight weeks. I felt so sick from it

@dessrg88, I was told to take fiber pills daily and that’s all I could do. Drink water and take fiber pills

@dessrg88, yes they’re just capsules of fiber and you are supposed to take 5 a day. At least the ones I had. Just read the instructions and follow them
