Got a flu shot and 4 vials of blood drawn at my appointment today, and now my left arm is practically useless. 🤦 Can't pick up my son without feeling like my arm from the middle of my arm up to my shoulder is all one big bruise. Hopefully tomorrow this is over. Luckily no spotting from the pelvic exam I got. Last doc didn't order a pap smear but this one did since it's been nearly three years since my last about 2 years and 10 months. He said my cervix was high and soft...? Not sure what that means but he didn't say it was bad...anyone been told that before?
