Laid down to have my glass of wine and my son woke up out of no where. He never wakes up at night…

Laid down to have my glass of wine and my son woke up out of no where. He never wakes up at night once he’s asleep, he’s been asleep for an hour already. I think he’s going to self soothe himself back to sleep though, but I’m not 100% sure. I hope this is just a fluke and not any kind of sleep regression. He never has had any kind of sleep regression so far so I really hope that’s not it 😩
