Frustrating when youre child constantly chews and spits out EVERY..SINGLE..BITE! π€―π€¬ two days of this...im concerned he is not getting enough. I can only make 5 different breakfasts, lunch, and dinners so many times.

We make those everyday :) he loves them. Youre probably right on it being a phase. He is my first, i fret too much sometimes.

Itβs probably just a phase. Donβt keep making different foods or he will get used to it and expect it. Will he drink a smoothie? You can make a fruit and veggie smoothie with Greek yogurt.
