Frustrating when youre child constantly chews and spits out EVERY..SINGLE..BITE! 🤯🤬 two days of this...im concerned he is not getting enough. I can only make 5 different breakfasts, lunch, and dinners so many times.

It’s probably just a phase. Don’t keep making different foods or he will get used to it and expect it. Will he drink a smoothie? You can make a fruit and veggie smoothie with Greek yogurt.
