Moms i want to get an emotional support animal letter for my cat for when i move into my new place, but I’m not sure how to go about it, can i go to my regular dr or do i have to go through a psychiatrist

Regular dr should be fine but when I tried this I was still denied even tho the dr said it was fine. 😔
