This is so important to maintain some self control I see so many women who struggle with insecurities and depression after birth it causes strain on their relationship and they end up cheating. You always hear about how the men begin to stray but woman do it too and it’s not right! Please just put in the work!! you will not be happier somewhere else it’s a lie and a temptation! And chances are the other man has only noticed your Vulnerability and is feeding you what you want and need to hear. I just watched it happen with a friend of mine and It breaks my heart...

I had ppd bad the last thing on my mind was cheating I told my husband that all the time listen if I ain't feeling it with u I'm not going to be feeling it with anyone I don't have the energy for one I ain't about to go get 2 lol I'm so lucky to have someone that understands and he helped me though it.

Yes!!! That is a huge issue too!!! I get asked once a day if I am seeing someone else bc I just don’t have the same drive anymore😔 I need to do better about showing my affections for him though I have kind of just shut him out. I am blessed he is working with me and hasn’t strayed in return!

I hate to admit it but this happened to me when I gave birth to my first. I was 13 when I gave birth to him and was going thru alot at the time. I didn't knew about depression. I was soo lost and alone. I lived with my dad at the time and it was only me and the baby most of the time. I'm still with my husband (boyfriend at the time)but looking back at that time I realized I wasn't in myself. I was a kid with a kid.. 😪

I totally get it trust me I’m not innocent either I only preach on what I have lived and been through first hand! But you live and you learn! And you know she even told me she cheated another time on him along time ago when she was younger and carefree and that she should know better by now... but to me that sounds like someone who doesn’t really care of her actions harm the ones she loves maybe bc she just doesn’t value herself and places her worth in others.
