I was getting to the point of editing my YouTube videos and having to give myself tiny breaks to stop the painful strain in my eyes. Apparently, the blue light that emitted by screens is messing up our vision... slowly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There’s one thing you can do to minimize the pain... give up your phone and computer! Or just get blue-light glasses @pixeleyewear ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
