You should go get checked this happened to me and I was having contractions with out even knowing and I dilated to 4cm
how long did u have the bleeding tho? & was it a lot?

As an L&D nurse I’d suggest you get checked, that would warrant a trip to your local delivery ward.
I'd definitely go in for an assessment at labor and delivery
Always get checked when there is bleeding.
