I love lansinoh nursing pads, and their milk storage bags, I used bag balm for cream.

I had a medela the first time around too. I didn’t think I responded well to it. I got a spectra this time. I like it so far. The real test will be when I go back to work.

it's always hard to tell, not everyone responds to pumps. I luckily did, but I produced so much that even if my son would nurse, I would have had to continuously pump and store lol. Rather have extra than not enough though ❤

Totally! The nice thing about the spectra is there is a warranty. So if you need up need to pump like that again it maybe covered.

I’ve been pumping for almost 2 months hands down I love my spectra , it has a timer on it so you can tell how many mins/seconds you’ve been pumping in that session, it has a night light, the let down setting helped me pump so much more, it just feels all around much more gentle, the medela left my nipples cracked constantly and it didn’t have as many pump settings, it’s also really loud at night and I can’t pump as much milk with it, I probably get 1-2oz more a session with the spectra

I am SO happy I'm not the only one that ended up with cracked nipples. I bled so bad from it and had to dump so much milk in the first month. I definitely agree it's really loud as well and had next to no settings.

Mine were so bad too, I actually went to a lactation consultant and she prescribed me a steroid cream because I was about to give up, the pain was so bad 😭😭

I only have experience with spectra but I do like it. Easy to put together, quiet, setting options, timer, light weight..
