I was in walmart and my son was melting down and he was pulling on my shirt and could not wait until we checked out. I put on my cover and nursed him as I walked around. I got stopped by a little old lady asking if I was nursing him. She told me I was doing a great thing for him and was so sweet. I'm happy my only encounter was positive. Now I probably got ugly looks but i was paying attention to my son not them lol.

Not gonna a lie sometimes I catch myself staring at a breastfeeding momma because I'm wondering how cute the baby is or I'm reminiscing about when I used to lol

Just call them out when they look at you. Ask them how you can help them. And just stare at them dead in the eyes. Lol

I am thankful I never had that issue. But I always fed right before we left the house. Only during emergency I fed in public and I used the two short method. Kept my eyes on the prize and didn’t care or notice if anyone was looking at me. I was a little stressed out in Walmart so I went to the baby section and did it there.
