Depends on how much you use a stroller with your toddler. My kids are 18 months apart so a double stroller was most certainly necessary and I love the one we have!
My son was 16 months when my daughter was born and we got one. We probably used it maybe 5 times because my son never wanted to sit in it. It was such a waste of money for us.
my son would never fall asleep at the store or in a stroller 😣 we even got one where as he got older the back could be a little seat if he got tired. And then my daughter ended up hating strollers. Thank god she learned to walk early. So now our kids walk or go in a cart. If you are having to carry him a lot, then you definitely might want to get one. Pushing a stroller and holding a toddlers hand by yourself ain’t very fun either 😄
My daughter was 20 months when baby was born...bought a used contour options....and was definitely worth it. Only spent a little over 100 bucks for it. I still use it. Buy used and if you don't need it you can sell it again without breaking the bank.

Mine are 3.5 apart and I never needed one. Oldest walked and if he ever got tired I would wear the youngest in a baby carrier so he could sit down.

That's what I'm planning too. But the baby carrier does get my back tired fast.

Really. I always have to carry my son when he falls asleep in the car or in the store and it's so much weight I carry.
And with our baby coming in May, I just don't want to struggle alot.

Mine is 4years apart and I had to buy double because I almost lost my 4year in the mall when I focus on my newborn mostly, so I decided to buy double.

Yes that's what I'm thinking. I'm scared that my son will get list when were out because he lives wondering around in stores. And when we go out too
