Bruh my pride/ego is so damn big its ridiculous. I wanna reach out to my ex best friend but everytime I go to text her I cant do it cause I feel like I'm caving first and that will make a weak bitxh and I can't have ANYONE thinking I'm begging for friendship or that I need them. And that fact that she has her sister/best friend annoys me and makes me say fuxk her all while wanting to see how she's doing.🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😑 Idk if I should reach out or say fuxk it what's done is done, that's done..

Ugh, it's hard. Over the summer I was pregnant I saw my ex bestie at a street fair. I'd heard she had a son and I was pregnant and I so badly wanted to talk to her about it. I didn't....a few days later I thought about calling...but then my so said "what was it that drove you two apart"
That was all I needed. I flashed back to all the bs and drama I dealt with bc of her. And I remembered why we went out separate ways. I still care about her but our friendship ran its course in my eyes. There was nothing to check in on or re hash.

But that's just my situation, really only you can decide but ultimately I thought of why were not friends anymore. I mean if it was super petty then maybe I'd let it go and reach out but in my case there was some serious stuff done.

@addy she dropped me. Like in thin are no calls no text no nothing. All because she thought I posted a status about her on Facebook🤔🤔 she was supposed to be my kids Godmom she stopped coming around and but would go out with her sister to concerts and stuff. Once I became a mom of 2 I was basically put aside and left. We had been friends since 8th grade. Over 10+ years.

that's cold...I'm sorry hun. I'd maybe try reaching out. Maybe she's feeling guilty for acting like that but afraid to humble herself enough to apologize. But I also wouldn't set the bar too high and expect no response. That way you limit any further disappointment. Some people can't happen when life changes the dynamic of a relationship.
