Need opinions please!

I'm trying to figure out a date for the gender reveal. I messaged his mom and asked her if a date worked for her. She said she gets back in the state at 5:30 from out of state. I said I can push it back to 6:30 (although I know she'll be tired). Or would that Sunday work better. I want to do the gender reveal before my dad goes back out of state until October. So if those two dates doesn't work for her would it be wrong of me to just send her the video of me cutting the cake? I don't want to work around only her schedule
