So I am 40 years old and was just told I have low egg quality, my husband and I have 3 beautiful girls which I’m thrilled with. However we have been actively trying to get pregnant for about 8 months and nothing has happened. So I went to my obgyn and got a blood test which confirmed my egg quality. We never had issues getting pregnant. I was just a little disappointed that the doctor said my chances of getting pregnant is very slim. He offered clomid but I declined that only because I don’t want to end up with possibly twins or triplets lol. Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Had they gotten pregnant even though the doctor gave them a slim chance? Thanks for listening 🙂 #myfirstpost

I have pcos so struggled to get pregnant for about 3yrs actively ttc. I ended up going on 5 cycles of Clomid and still had no luck. I took a break from the clomid and tracking my cycles and 2 months later I got my bfp. My doctor told me the chance of multiples is there, but it's not as common as people think. If your worried, have you discussed IUI with your doctor? It might be a good option for you?

that's ok! I was on Metformin with the clomid. It can definitely help. It regulates your insulin levels which can effect ovulation and everything. I would definitely give it a try. I hope you get your bfp 💖💖💖

I have endometriosis and PCOS and have had two surgeries for the endometriosis. I was told by many different doctors I didn’t have a chance and I wouldn’t get pregnant. Me and my husband tried for 5 years and we finally have our miracle baby ❤️ I’m not saying doctors don’t know what they are talking about. But I’d keep trying and I wish you luck 🤗🤗
