My 10 month old has had diarrhea for the past few days.. no other symptoms and acting completely like himself. Does anyone have a clue as to why he has consistently been having diarrhea? Should I be concerned?

bf or ff? What do her bm normally look like?

Formula fed. He usually poops twice a day and it’s usually a decent size and normal color and consistency. Not too hard, not too soft, and usually brownish but varies depending on what he eats. A little back story: He has a milk protein allergy so he has been on Nutramigen. His dr recently recommended slowly introducing enfamil gentle lease to see if he has a milk protein allergy before we introduce milk. We’ve been introducing it a half a scoop every few days and he’s been doing great. He was up to having 50% enfamil and 50% Nutramigen. Then he got diarrhea so I assumed it was from that. But I stopped the enfamil days ago and he still has diarrhea... so I’m not too certain that was the cause.

Hmm.....Maybe he's still working the formula change out? It might be best to double check with his Dr but without any other symptoms I wouldn't worry too much. If he's eating and drinking normally and still has good diaper output that's a good sign.

Have you introduced any new solids recently?

Teething maybe

That’s what I was thinking, but would it last for almost 7 days if it was due to teething?
Heather··
lynnies lasted a while. Probably 5-7 days. Can't remember exactly but it was a while

I plan on calling her tomorrow. And that’s why I’m not too concerned...but this has been going on for almost a week now. I figured it would go away within a day or 2. I just think almost 7 days is a long time to have diarrhea for a baby. But he’s not dehydrated and he’s not acting off at all. And no. He eats whatever we eat but he hasn’t tried anything new.
