Any ideas what this could be?
Son woke up Friday at 10pm vomitting. He consistently vomitted until almost 4am. At 5am he woke up and asked for some water so I gave him a TINY bit. He puked it up in a matter of minutes. Then he slept until 9am without getting sick. Hits 1pm, he drinks water and puked it all up again, then got sick at 3pm and 5pm.
Sunday, we had no problems with puking at all.
Monday, my fiancè called me at work because my son threw up around 5pm, but didn't do it again.
Tuesday, he spent the day with his dad, he threw up twice between 12pm and 3pm, but hasn't thrown up since.
Now he's complaining his stomach hurts. He's had no fevers and no diarrhea at all.

Is it possible he has a stomach bug?

I couldn't see it going on for 4 days. And he mainly pukes after he drinks water. Food hasn't bothered him too much.

I've actually been told by his pediatrician to never give any child Gatorade, and technically we shouldn't drink it either. The electrolyte levels are actually too high for the body to handle. It leads to kidney problems and more. Pedialyte is recommended across the board.
