I will be 30 wks this week....every weeks that your babies heart is beating is a milestone, but 30wks has a ring to it....7 more weeks until it's just a waiting game. Gonna start drinking my rasberry leaf tea and working out more to get us ready.

You can use primrose oil to soften your cervix (helps dilation), either apply it or take some soft jells. Ask your dr if you want (I personally didn’t ask mine) when the best time is to start it, Don’t worry it’s completely safe and it helped me greatly. Some people it takes a while for it to work so keep taking it! I had an induced labor and I believe it would have been harder on my body if I hadn’t taken primrose oil. I advise it. And good luck!
