Still waiting for the maintenance guy to get a plumber here to clean our sewer line. Toilet has been completely clogged up and won’t flush since yesterday and it’s our only bathroom. So we have not had a toilet since yesterday. I text him yesterday said they would be here today..text again at 10:30 this am and he said still waiting to hear back from plumber shouldn’t be too long..it’s now after 2pm and I still have heard or seen nothing. I am getting seriously annoyed. I have 5 kids and myself and hubs and NO working toilet! Have to put a bag in the bowl for when kids have to crap and pee sitting in the toilet. It’s disgusting. A non working toilet in a one bathroom house should be considered an emergency but here I sit. Still waiting 🤬🤬🤬

Tell him your calling the landlord and tenant board. That's unacceptable in every way and very unhealthy and unsanitary for children!

I’ve tried telling the landlady she just says they must be busy 😡 I’m seriously getting fed up. This is literally like the 5th time this has happened with the toilet and it’s always at least 24-48 hours before they come out and fix it. Still waiting. This is so gross.

Every time I ask when they’ll be here I get a generic still waiting to hear back or a couple hours. It’s now 4:30 and have not been here yet. So they’ll probably be here while I’m trying to get dinner ready if they show at all 🤦🏻♀️

They finally showed up and all they did was snake my toilet. Again. Which means it will probably keep happening. I told them the maintenance guy said they were doing a sewer clean out and he looked at me like I was crazy and Said no it’s flushing now just use a little toilet paper at a time and flush a couple times if you need to. Like wtf this is the 5th time in 3 months I’ve had to have this done and my sink has been clogged twice too. Idk how many times They have said they were found to clean the main line but then don’t do it they just fix the current issue and it keeps recurring. I am getting seriously annoyed. And my maintenance guy is rude and the landlady could care less about that. This is what I texted him a bit ago before they got here and his response was so rude. And to top it off they left nasty poop water on my bathroom floor and tracked it through my house 😡
