I always get told "she is so beautiful!" 🤣 My son has curly hair and it doesn't matter if he is wearing a "world's best brother" shirt, he will still get called a girl. It's never offended me. That's something so small to get mad about.

With my first a lot of the old people at my grandpa's nursing home did but it was an Alzheimer's and dementia unit so i really couldn't get offended. My second I took him to work and this chick tbat didn't like me said aw shes so cute knowing that i had a boy and he was a boy. Thay was a little irritating.

All the time when their hair was longer. Mostly just our oldest. Didn't bother me any. Most of the people who thought he was a girl also felt they had a right to tell me to cut his hair because boys shouldn't have long hair. 🤷

When my children were under a year old, people did call them both the opposite gender. I didn’t care nor care to correct them. My kids hate strangers anyways and would usually scream, so that was enough for the person to leave us alone.

It happens all the time with my son. He can be wearing the most boyish outfit you’ve ever seen and they’ll still call him a girl. He’s got long hair that curls at the bottom. I normally don’t mind it 🤷🏽‍♀️ if they’re just giving a quick compliment I’ll let it be. But when they ask stuff like “how old is she” I’ll normally reply with oh he’s this old lol. But even then when they apologize I’ll laugh and brush it off. It’s not a big deal, lol. It happens and I understand where they’re coming from. He could make a pretty girl! 😂

Iv only had maybe 3 people since my oldest was born mistake him for a girl. I mean it was obvious that he’s a boy from what he was wearing at the time but I didn’t get offended. I told her that “she” was a he and needed a haircut lol but since my new baby has been born I haven’t gotten it since. But I do get asked if they are a boy/girl. But I still don’t offended 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not sure what this ladies issue was

Yep. On multiple occasions. My oldest son used to have longer hair when he was younger so everyone thought he was a girl. I never got offended, most of the time I didn't even bother correcting them because I don't care lol. My younger son has been called a girl before because of his name. Once his doctor called him a girl twice within 5 minutes even though I had corrected her. That kinda irritated me but I didn't get offended really it was more because I had already told her he was a boy.

All the time. Even when she had on pink sunglasses & a flower hat someone was like he's so cute. Lol. It doesn't bother me at all, nothing to get offended or upset about. She needed a chill pill.

Yes people misinterpret. No I dont get offended. I think its a silly thing to get offended over. I just politely correct them.

She's just mad that she pierced the baby boy's ears and now everyone thinks he's a girl. She can't get upset with them when she made that choice for her son 🤷🏾‍♀️ long hair is one thing, long hair and earrings on a baby boy is another.

People always make, honest, mistakes about babies' genders, but babies are genderless, you just never know. I don't correct people when they call my son a girl, I don't care. I also don't talk to them, lol

My daughter didn't get hair untill after she was one. People would go "awh he's so cute!" All the time because she had such short hair for the longest time. Even with her pink clothes on. I didn't bother me much though. I'd just say thanks and be on my way lol.

Omggg I would dress my daughter in all pink and people would say “what a cute boy” I’d just say thank you but she’s a girl, it’s her bald head isn’t it? And we’d laugh and they’d apologize lol

If she is going to pierce both her sons ears she has to expect that he is going to get mistaken for a girl. That’s the mothers fault bc of stereotypes.

I used to have my daughters dressed in pink and have a big ole pink bow in their hair and people ask if it's a boy. I don't get offended bc what's the point? But it's so annoying!
