Did you ladies know that miralax is less harsh on a toddlers tummy then prunes?? Well that’s what my pediatrician told me and I have to agree with it. Works great and he doesn’t complain of tummy ache

Mirilax isnt approved for use by the manufacturer for children under 17.

@ecahanes that doesn't change the fact that the manufacturer says don't do it. I'd seriously question a pediatrician who was ok with the side effects of it and was willing to go against the manufacturer.

@santistevanmommie yes, theres a huge movement against it. It causes neurological issues amongst other things. "Parents against Mirilax" is an eye opener.

I had NO IDEA!! Just looked it up and it infuriates me that I’ve had two pediatricians “okay” it. Thanks for the info

My mom gave me miralax when I was little. She used to stir it into my juice. Completely forgot all about it but I'll have to keep it around again

We use to have to give it to our 5 year old when he was younger(doctor approved) only thing that worked to make him go
