Ughh so much pain in my one boob.. don’t k ow if it’s a blocked milk duct or what.. hurts so bad even when baby latches on I wanna scream 😔😩 tried pumping to see if it would help but the pain is still in an isolated spot on my breast.. off to the doctor later on..

Do you have any other symptoms? Fever, chills, body aches? Is the spot where it hurts red or warm? I used to get clogged milk ducts all the time (my daughter was a lazy nurser at night) what I did was I took lecithin, it’s just a vitamin that you can get at any pharmacy, I would take 2 capsules a day until I didn’t feel the symptoms anymore which usually took 1-3 days depending on how bad the clog was. Then I would just take 1 a day until the clog was gone. It worked amazingly every time! Also I know it hurts but make sure you’re nursing baby on the side with the clog or pumping that side as much as possible to work it out! Warm compresses help too! Good luck and feel better!
It feels warm to the touch and it feels hard. No fever or chills. And I try to have him nurse on that side but it hurts so much. I pump but not much is coming out.
