Does anyone have a clue what this rash could be!? Her pediatrician thought it was a skin infection so he gave her some antibiotics but it’s just getting worse!

Could try buying an aloe leaf and putting the paste on it in one spot to see what happens. My daughter's face looked like this at about 3 months and dr thought it was eczema, the cream he gave never worked but a family member told me to try the aloe and it got better and better everyday and was gone after a week

Are you breastfeeding? Just curious. If so try doing a milk bath and see if that helps. Otherwise I would go to the ER if medicine isn’t working.
