Usually 2ounces would do it for Sofia, you can start off with a little and also water it down since it doesn’t have the best taste. Try rubbing her belly also like a massage.

Give her about a teaspoon see if that helps should work.in 2-6hrs if nothing by the end of the day try 2 teaspoon with 1 of those teaspoons straight prune juice and the other diluted

I hope so and I feel lost on how to feed her because she only likes oatmeal doesn't really like vegetables or fruits so how do I keep her from constipation in general

if she’s 7 months you don’t even really need to feed her solids yet. Maybe she’s just not ready. If she’s showing interests in your food when you eat and you want to give her oatmeal, I would suggest mixing breastmilk in the oatmeal or a little applesauce or other (fruit) baby food so she gets nutrients from it. Maybe she’ll adjust better if you mix something in her oatmeal for awhile.
