Still trying to get Delilah to sleep better at night, she goes down awake with a full tummy and falls asleep fine,…

Still trying to get Delilah to sleep better at night, she goes down awake with a full tummy and falls asleep fine, she’ll sleep a couple hours and then is up and down anywhere from every few mins to couple hours after the first couple hours of going down until like 5 am then she’ll sleep another couple hour stretch. I’m at a loss I swear I’ve tried everything I have found online. We’ve done her naps earlier, putting her down a little earlier around 10 (she was going down at midnight that’s when she would be ready to lay down) tried a night light, tried dark, tried a movie on her tv, tried without, tried letting her cry which does NOT work she will literally cry for hours, tried feeding more, checking her diaper, teething tablets as she’s now cutting 2 more teeth but this has been ongoing for months so think that’s unrelated, baths in evening, lavender soap and lotion, making sure she’s not too warm or cold, etc I could go on but I think y’all get the point lol. Anyway just looking for more advice as I said it’s been months that she’s been waking constantly and screaming through out the night. I am exhausted. Hubs offered to stay up and keep an eye on her last night which was amazing but I still heard her every time she woke and it was ALOT like 2 hours after she went down she was up probably 7 -8 times over the next few hours. Seriously need help! I can’t live my life on an hour maybe 3 on a good night of sleep. We’re beyond exhausted! Sorry for long post just wanted to be thorough. Thanks ladies!

Honestly I would start with that bedtime. That’s entirely too late. My toddlers go to bed around 6-7. Wake up around the same time. You might need to shift your entire schedule around. At her age she should only be awake 2-2.5 hours at a time in between naps. Then a 3 hour gap after second nap before bed.

I tried putting her down early and it just made her wake up and want to stay up at 3-4 am or she’d refuse to go to sleep she would think it was a nap and be up til 5 am 🤦🏻‍♀️ she’ll be 11 months on the 12th I don’t think she should be sleeping all but 2 1/2 hours between naps? That seems like wayyyy too much. She usually has a late morning/early afternoon nap and then a later afternoon nap. My other kids 3-11 are in bed around 7 but can’t seem to get her on a better schedule she just refuses to sleep 😭

My son at that age would take a morning nap around 8:30 or 9, wake up 10:30ish. Would play, have lunch etc and lay down for his second nap around 12-12:30ish and take about the same amount of time for nap. And then was strictly laid down at 8pm every single night and would wake up 6:45-7:00!

Lucky! I’ve tried and she just won’t sleep, or stay asleep I should say. She either wakes up wanting to play or screams for hours 🤦🏻‍♀️

honestly, if it were my husband and I, we would just just let our child scream then 🤷🏼‍♀️ and sleep as far away as we could from their room. They pick up on routine so quickly and getting their way. I hope 🤞🏻 you get relief soon mama!!

Her room is connected to our room and her room has no door, our living room is right off our rooms so not really anywhere to go, problem is she will scream for literally hours upon hours and then her herself stuck from squirming around when she’s so mad
