Has anybody else’s newborn failed the hearing test after birth and then again 2 days later.. we’ve got to go back on the 13th and now I’m sick with worry

My eldest failed the first and second tests, she passed the third where they stuck sensors on her head though. In her case they said it was just that she was quite small (5lb6) so the probes didn't fit her ears properly. Don't panic it's probably nothing, their ears are so gunky when their little X

My daughter did shes absolutely fine
Second test was fine

Yes my little one failed after birth but on the second test all came clear x

With my first we were told its very common to fail after birth as ears are very gunky etc! It was provably the same as it was only 2 days later. We got recalled after a week I think it was. X
