@mrs.dahlin yeah I had to start bc my carb intake was making my sugar crash my doc told me. I don't do the crazy keto thing but cut out a lot of carbs like soda, all breads, chips amd bad sugar. It makes a huge difference and def a lifestyle change. ❤
