I used question marks because I don't know if children that young can have prune juice, but I imagine watered down a little shouldn't be a problem. I'd Google that question. I know yogurt + probiotics would be safe.

Not yet. we tried at 4 months and she didnt get the hang of it so we're waiting until 6 months.

oh ok I was just asking because a lot of times parents start off with cereal and it’s very constipating. I agree with the prune juice- just a tsp or so. You can also call your pediatricians nurse line and see what they recommended.

My son had this issue and it started right when we switched to formula. Maybe consider switching it...her digestive system may have changed? I would wait a good while to introduce food until you figure it out. I wish I had advice but my little one struggled for a while. We had to get suppositories!
