Been losing pieces of my mucous plug the last 3 days 😬 Just the plug no blood along with it and some cramps but nothing strong or consistent.

Unfortunately losing your mucous plug doesn't really mean anything, it could still be a while before you go into labor, your only at 37 weeks.

Your mucus plug can regenerate so no need to worry!
