You just go to your child support office and file. You see a case worker after filling out a paper, she gets more information and than you get sent a acceptance letter or a denied letter. And I believe after that you go to court to get a set payment and if you don't agree you can appeal it to get more.

@brittany_s lol no it's really easy. They ask about DNA too but if he signed a paper at the hospital stating he's the father it's good. Normally they sign it before signing the birth certificate.
