My 3 month old is drooling a lot , chewing on his fist and blankets , he’s also being very cranky no matter where I place him and he’s usually a very calm baby . Can he be teething this early ?

That’s normal I consider it teething so I would get teething toys and stuff like that for him to chew on and help him but he won’t get teeth probably until 6 months his gums will just be irritated and itchy

All of those things sound very normal for a 3 month old. It doesn’t necessarily mean teething. Just normal development.

My daughter started teething as soon as she hit 3 months . My doctor said it’s normal but we probably won’t see any teeth until 6 months . It’s been a nightmare tbh lol . Look into amber beads teething necklaces ! It’s been a life savor here !
