OT. I got a diamond eternity ring for my birthday on 18th and I saw last night it's lost a stone!! Guttered

I took it back and luckily the shop was abit more sympathetic. I emailed the main customer service to be told to take into store and maybe sent to head office for inspection!
Luckily the shop took one look at the ring and have ordered a replacement! X

If you only got it in the 18th of this month I’d go back to where you got it and complain.

I emailed the main shop to be told to take to store and that they may want to send to head office first.

Not happy

Is it insured? If it is you’ll get the stone replaced free of charge

No. But I wouldn't expect to have to use an insurance for a ring that's not even 2wks old.

I'd expect the shop to repair replace regardless

@miss_bubbles, they may replace it this time but even so id still insure it because if it’s happened once it will happen again maybe not within 2 weeks then your left with a ring without a stone in and it can’t be replaced unless you pay the cost which for a real diamond will be pricey
