Yes! It works fantastic for diaper rashes too. Put it in baby's bath or a little mixed with water to wipe their bottom during diaper changes. I also use it for hand soap in a foaming soap pump and it keeps my crazy dry hands from cracking and bleeding. you have to dilute it for most uses though, it's a concentrated soap.
