Circumcision day tomorrow, definitely not looking forward to it. I know it needs to be done, my S/O agreed on it before he was born. But the idea of him in pain and acknowledging that I'm doing it makes me feel kind of sick.
It’s not currently medically necessary but the dr who did my sons said he gets an alarming amount of parents who want to get their older kids done because off all the issues they have. With infections from not cleaning it properly. We spend a lot of time outdoors four wheeling, fishing, camping. If my son went pee with dirty hands then got an infection I’d feel pretty darn bad. My husband is circumcised so I left the decision up to him and he said absolutely no question, our son is getting circumcised. I don’t regret it. 🤷🏼♀️
My son honestly didn’t even cry, there wasn’t any blood. I changed his diaper frequently and put Vaseline on it every change and it healed super fast.
Not trying to start a debate or anything but it def doesn’t “need” to be done, it’s only cosmetic. But def up to you.
@mimixtmn well in America, and many countries People do it for necessary reasons ,reduced Urinary tract infection, reduced Penile cancer, reducedSexual transmitted diseases ,
Lmao can’t wait till people realize they do this to girls for that reason too
If you can’t cut and stitch your girls vagina for the same medical reasons why get rid of a guys foreskin that’s like eyelids 😂
And actually it’s same in America as Canada lmao some people believe in old ways still circumcising or doing this to girls some don’t
All 3 son's of mine were fine. Heals within 1 wk..keep fresh new gauze pad on tip..&vaseline on penis after every diaper change helps heal faster
It also reduces risk of cancer, UTI’s and HPV and a ton of other things.
