Have any of you ever had what I can only describe as bubbles popping in your uterus?

It’s defiantly not wind.. it’s the strangest feeling in the world. I only feel it really when I’m lying down but my tummy ripples sometimes when it’s happening?

It’s likely a bladder spasm. I have them too because I have interstitial cystitis.
