I used to wear waist trainer. The one that’s postpartum. It does help. Watch YouTube videos for postpartum workouts and pick the one you like. Also, I don’t exactly remember when doctors allowed to workout intense after delivery 🤔
I’ll be able to in a few months hopefully. I have muscle separation though 😞
what kind of workouts did you do? I've been home for 4 months & I'm just not motivated to lose weight or eat health.
