Yeah I put that wrong lol, my OB just told me it’d help me start to dilate. But tearing less is always good to here😅 how far along when you started using it?

@emerygracesmommy, I think I was 35 weeks... I can’t fully remember. I plan to do it this time too if me dr suggests it

It doesn’t induce labor. It just softens your cervix. I did it before I had my son on the suggestion of my midwife. I ultimately think it helped me tear less.
