Babygirl keeps throwing up usually 2 hours after she eats it’s scaring me it’s a lot and it come out of her nose as well as her mouth what’s the cause what do I do

Sounds like acid reflux.
It's not really much you can do because she's so young just make sure you burp her every 2 ounces and try not to lay her down so fast after feedings.
I would also invest in grip water
