My daughter has 3 teachers in nursery different days different teacher but 1 teacher she looks petrified to be left with her she cries everytime I leave and that's not like her she loves nursery she won't tell me if she's done anything but the teacher is very fake I don't know what to do if I don't know what she's done 😩

Just be frank. Do you know their names? When dropping off or picking up one day I'd say. Olivia is a bit weary when dropped off when (so & so) is in. Is there any reason for this? You should be aware of who to speak to/ contact when you have any questions. Key person/ manager either by person or phone number/ email. Whichever you prefer to use.

I don't even know who the manager is I don't really want her going if the teacher is horrible too her she's like another mrs trunchbull from Matilda it's like my daughters scared to tell me what is wrong xxx

@olivia_monique I wouldn’t either! You just need to be upfront, at the end of the day your priority is your daughter and you have to stand up for her (something I’m terrible at myself) bless her! Just try to bring it up with another member of staff or maybe even another mum whose child goes there to see if they’ve had issues with this person? Hope you get to the bottom of it! Xx
