So I've been trying to figure out how to increase my milk supply. I have been breastfeeding her since she was born but then she wasn't gaining weight so she been drink formula and breast well whatever my body makes. This is what I've tried and the munchkin lactation cookies just started taking the fenugreek pills today I plan on taking them 2 times a day. Help me please don't want to keep feeding her formula it's to expensive.

Do you have a breast pump? Pumping helped me. I had almost no milk at first and had to give the baby formula at first. But I was also recommended to pump after each feeding. I tried to pump not just after each feeding, but sometimes also between feedings. It’s a whole lot of pumping, but it helped me.
@myrainbowbabiesazaliaandadalee so you're using a manual pump? While she's eating one side pump the other! And continue after she eats to signal your body to make more milk!
Fenugreek only works for about 50% of people, it can tank the supply for the others. If you don't see an increase in 72 hours, stop taking it.
There is no magic pill or potion though. It's more supply and demand. The more you demand, the more you'll supply.
