Motivating myself to workout. Lost 20lb and gained back 5 during my holiday/sickness break.π 30 squats, 60 jumping Jack's and 10 burpees so far today. Just a start!

I do crunches, side crunches, twist crunches, burpees, jumping jacks, wall sit, push ups, and planks I think thatβs all I do lol every night I canβt remember
