Mine did really well with the Phillips Avent #1 nipples. I pumped and fed him that way. Was super unsuccessful with actual breastfeeding we got wayyyy too much air (and biting if I’m honest, it was miserable for me). When I transitioned him to formula, I supplemented at first then moved to the sensitive tummy one.

Talk to his pediatrician about it. It could be acid reflux or a dairy allergy or something else. do you have the slow flow nipples? Try burping him half way in between the bottle and then resuming. Also try keeping him propped at an angle for a little bit at feeding, don't lay him flat after. Good luck
