That’s what it could be I guess! I never saw it on my first so I wasn’t sure if I need to be worried or not

aw I'm sure he's fine! Honestly my first two never had baby acne neither! But it popped up on my daughter's face just the other day, it's quite a bit too.. so I guess it's normal!
