Its not something I would do often until baby is older, but I had to give one of my girls prune juice to help her go when she was about 3 months. She went a week without going and the dr gave her something for it which didn't work, so we gave her 1oz prune juice 2 oz water, she drank maybe 1/2 oz of that mixture and she went not long after.
- yeah id give him like a oz of water an a oz of juice to start out , you dont wanna over do it because of there stomachs not being ready , but it should make it easier for him to go an it not be clumpy .
@ameenas.momma its weird its half clumpy and half normal or sometimes it will just be hard and the size of a quarter. But the outside of his but is bleeding so he's straning to much
I didn't want to give her any juice or water, but after a week of not going even after dr prescription, and numerous other attempts we had to do something. I wasnt going to let her drink all of it. But she drank 1/2 an oz and it helped her.
Ill try and see how he does but he doesn't seem to bothered by it being hard but the outside of his but was bleeding and I said I need to do something. He goes everyday tho

Idk the best way doctor just said to use it bc he's having hard poops never told me how to give it to him
