Dilating early doesn’t indicate an easy labor. She’s only 37 weeks. She still has plenty of time to go into labor on her own.

Just by staying active really but as the above poster said she has plenty of time yet.

I had no contatipns until 3 days before I had my son. I did lots of walking, bouncing on the ball, and sex lol. She should not try any of this until around 39 weeks. You do the not want baby to come to early and 39 to 40 weeks is full term she is not that yet. Give it time and it will happen on its own.

I tried EVERYTHING to hurry up my labor but it wasn’t until I said “ok I’m ganna take a ten minute nap” that two seconds after I laid down, my water broke.

I didn’t have any signs of labor until the day before I gave birth at 39w6d. She still has time left. Is there a reason for the rush?

She doesn't need to do anything. The longer the baby bakes the better. A lot can happen in 3 weeks..... Honestly speaking a lot can happen in 3 days.... Better yet 3 hours lol! My friend went from 6cm-10cm in 10 mins. I was in the delivery room with her. It was crazy!!!

Baby will come when ready. Nothing she can do. And would be best if she were full term to have the baby anyway.
