I don't understand what makes someone believe that harassing a person about their belief in religion or God makes them a good person?
I don't care who or what you believe in, you don't FORCE someone into believing in what you do.
This man came up to me at the park while with my son asking me if I'm with the church, I said no. I didn't want to take some survey because I just didn't want to so he starts asking what religion I am, I said I'm trying to spend time with my son. NEVER said I don't believe in anything but he starts saying oh let me leave you with this question "If you were to die today, where do you think you would go?" Again, I just said I just want to spend time with my son. This woman who he's with asks for my name, like excuse me but no. I repeated AGAIN, I'm just trying to spend time with my son. Then she proceeds to say something to me I couldn't hear. He then says "oh I didn't mean to cause trouble"
Maybe it's dramatic but I do feel harassed when being forced into answering something I didn't want to. I'm used to people preaching stuff on the streets about God but to corner me that way is wrong and is the exact reason I don't follow a religion because these beliefs are crammed down your throat instead of it being about what it's really supposed to be about. I completely respect a person's beliefs but DO NOT force it on me.

Oh I’d be super uncomfortable about this whole thing. I don’t understand why anyone feels the need to talk about religion to anyone, unless of course it’s at church,. That being said I was brought up catholic but I no longer practice and my children don’t have a religion either. Who really knows what happens when we die? Does it matter? Because we are gone. I don’t know what I believe in anymore but that’s my personal belief and for no one else but me!! I’d be really annoyed about that! U are at the park with your child u shouldn’t feel this way ever!!

I’m a Christian and I wouldn’t like someone doing this to me. Especially if my kid was with me. I don’t believe it pushing my faith on anyone and I hate when others do it to me. Faith or no faith is a personal decision and everyone has the right to make the choice for what feels right to them. I don’t want to debate my faith and no one should have to. It’s not something we need to explain to anyone and especially strangers.

I'd have been so annoyed too!
I was baptised Catholic however I don't believe in any faith, when you're gone, you're gone.
I would never force my opinion on anyone that does follow a faith so wouldn't expect it to be forced on me either.
We usually get christian/islamic preachers in the streets and occasionally a leaflet through the door about Jesus and Christianity, that doesn't bother me as I just bin them. The worst one here is Jehovah's Witnesses on the doorstep! Even after I tell then I'm not interested they're still persistent!

I agree with you 110%, I don’t push my faith, ideas and beliefs on others, they are personal and mine. I have Christian magnets on my door and I still get other faiths trying to convert me. I’m not taking down to anyone if that’s there faith. I just want to do my thing. Wish everyone the best no matter what your faith is what you believe unless you’re hurting or eating people/ animals then I’m not ok with that.
